PJ's Heating and Cooling is a family-owned and operated HVAC business serving Marion, Ohio and surrounding communities for over 50 years. We are an authorized American Standard dealer. Our Site provides information about these services and allows you to contact us to request service through our online form.
Service requests submitted through our online form or by phone are handled on a first-come, first-served basis during normal business hours. We make every reasonable effort to accommodate your preferred scheduling window.
Scheduled appointments may need to be adjusted due to prior emergency calls, weather conditions, parts availability, or other factors beyond our control. We will notify you as soon as possible if your appointment needs to be rescheduled.
We offer 24/7 emergency HVAC service and make every effort to respond promptly. However, we do not guarantee specific response times for emergency calls. Response times may vary based on technician availability, weather conditions, call volume, and the nature of the emergency. Emergency service is provided on a best-effort basis.
We provide written estimates for HVAC work before beginning service. Estimates are provided in good faith based on the information available at the time of inspection. Estimates are not guaranteed final prices. The actual cost of service may differ from the estimate if:
If the final cost will differ materially from the estimate, we will notify you and obtain your approval before proceeding with the additional work.
Parts: New parts installed by PJ's are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty terms vary by manufacturer and product. We will provide you with applicable warranty documentation at the time of installation.
Labor: PJ's warrants our workmanship for a period specified in your service agreement or invoice. If a problem arises from our installation or repair work within the warranty period, we will correct it at no additional labor charge. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, acts of nature, or modifications by others.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For larger installations, we offer flexible financing on approved credit.
Past-due balances may be subject to collection efforts and applicable interest as permitted by Ohio law.
You may cancel or reschedule a service appointment at no charge by calling us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a trip charge if a technician has already been dispatched.
For ongoing maintenance memberships, you may cancel at any time by contacting us. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for the current period.
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use of the Site. You may not:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes arising from these Terms, your use of the Site, or services provided by PJ's Heating and Cooling shall be resolved in the courts of Marion County, Ohio.
